    The 41-year old worked out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer to the stars Ramona Brazaga.Their sessions consisted of three cardio segments, on the elliptical, not to mention kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb, then also a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises. In addition to her exercise sessions, Halle is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, and drinking a large quantity of water.
