As if Britney Spears didn't have enough to worry about already, now news comes that Kevin Federline's ex Shar Jackson is pregnant with Kevin's child! Talk about a slap in the face. "Britney will be devastated. The mere mention of Shar's name when she and Kev were married used to make her fly into a rage. She wanted Kevin to have as little to do with her as possible," says a source. A close friend of Shar's tells Star magazine, "Shar told me, ‘I'm pregnant, I just know it. AFTER JULY 1ST BRING $5 XTRA TO PARK DOWNTOWN IN SAN JOSE
Alarmed by reports of drinking, vandalism and trash in downtown public garages where nighttime parking is now free, the San Jose City Council voted unanimously to charge $5 after 10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday starting next month to deter loitering and pay for cleaning. "I have a huge sense of urgency," Mayor Chuck Reed said. "I want to get some officers in there and get the garages cleaned up." The $5 fee, paid upon entry after 10 p.m. at six downtown garages, would raise more than $400,000 over a six-month trial period to pay for six officers to patrol the garages and for additional cleaning. If the council decides to continue the $5 fee into next year, when the $2 charge after 6 p.m. kicks in, the fee would simply go up from $2 to $5 after 10 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

TIMBALAND IS SCRAPPY DOOIN IT UP IN GERMANY
Superproducer Timbaland spent an hour behind bars in Germany early this morning after a violent bar brawl. He was temporarily held in custody in Cologne after a fight in the city left a 29-year-old Croatian man in the hospital with injuries to his rib cage and multiple bruises. Cologne police spokesperson Juergen Goebel says eye witnesses confirmed a heated argument between Timbaland - real name Timothy Mosley - and an unidentified man in the bar of the Intercontinental Hotel at 11:30 pm last night. The pair took their argument outside where it allegedly escalated into violence, with members of Timbaland's entourage also reportedly joining in the brawl. Sources claim the fight began when Timbaland began flirting with the man's girlfriend. In an ensuing war of words, it is believed the producer took offense to a racial slur. According to Goebel, Timbaland was questioned and held in custody for approximately one hour. He was later released.
