Dislikes I HATE when im djing at the club, and as soon as i switch the music from house back down to hip hop, and some person comes up and says..."Can you play something faster??" I also cant STAND when drunk girls step inside the dj booth and think because they are hot that i should stop the whole damn club and give their friend a birthday shout out...ohh and you know what else gets under my skin???!!! I HATE when im at the club, djing, focused on rocking the crowd, and some dude hands me his cd, and says "YO, im the next big thing coming out the Bay, play my song..." ok for all the rappers out there reading this, just some advice on how to approach a DJ when he is working. Its ok to give us your cd. Have a contact, business card or something. If the songs hot please believe we will call you back!! but just because you think your song is the next record of the century, it doesnt mean that the DJ is gonna stop what he is doing and listen to your track! Would you jump off a cliff without a parachute if i told you someone would catch you? I DONT THINK SO! If We have people that will BOO us off the turntables if we slip up, AND ESPECIALLY if we dont even know you, were probably NOT gonna play your song man...to be continued
